Earn as much Contribution Point aka Guild Point/GP as you can within this week. You can obtain GP from doing Guild Quests.
At Lvl 30-39 Available Quest Givers:
Guild Captain -Construction & Research-
Sturdy Ma -Project/Engieering-

At Lvl 40+ All Guild Quest is open.
Guild Captain -Construction & Research-
Sturdy Ma -Project/Engieering-
Military -National Defense-
Financial -Trade Route-
Expansion -Expansion-
Agriculture -Development-
Science -Science-
Commerical -Market-

Go to GC and ask the Guild Captain for Promotion.

250 Contribution Points = 2nd Lieutenant
750 Contribution Points = 1st Lieutenant
1500 Contribution Points = Captain
and Etc...

You May Have a Chance to Win a Rare Pet. -What Type and What Kind of LVL- -CONFIDENTIAL- hehe...
